Strategic Asset Solutions is an advisory services firm offering better alternatives for liquidation of non-performing assets versus traditional means.  Our group has 25 years of combined experience in trading, originations, loss mitigation, property management and REO.  Our cradle to grave mortgage experience provides unique insight into alternative resolutions of delinquent mortgages.  As a subsidiary of I Short Sale, Inc., we have access to a number of financial and real estate related companies, providing us the ability to cater solutions for all of your mortgage related needs.

SAS targets the areas where your company is most vulnerable: shear volume and foreclosure saturated areas.  Through bulk sales of properties, we can liquidate hundreds of loans within 60 days or less on average; and through our regional direct program, we will work with you to sell properties in the hardest hit communities through our local network of investors.

Management Bios

Theresa Burton, Director
Ms. Burton began her 15 year career in lending with a San Diego based Savings and Loan.  She later transitioned into mortgage servicing where she became more diversified in improvement of non-performing assets, specializing in the development of alternative loss mitigation avenues.  In Ms. Burton’s prior position, she developed and initiated programs for the sale of bulk non-performing assets, as well as developing non sales related loss mitigation programs for the redemption product and development of procedures for loan modification programs.  She was responsible for analyzing, identifying and executing trades of redemption and REO portfolios as well as structuring operational procedures for the business unit. 

Edna Juarez, Director
Mrs. Juarez has been working in the Mortgage Servicing industry for the past 10 years, specializing in the disposition of REO assets.  Prior to joining Strategic Asset Solutions, she worked with a top Residential Finance Company and held various positions which included managing residential units, REO operations, pricing and selling individual and bulk deals of redemption and REO assets to institutional and local investors.  Throughout Mrs. Juarez’s career, she has sold over $100+ million in non-performing assets.  Mrs. Juarez received her B.A. in History and Biology from the University of California, San Diego and her MBA in Finance from National University.   She also holds a California Real Estate Sales License and is a California Notary.
