In an effort to dispose of a property that may be more rural or harder to market for any number of reasons, on-line auctions provide another method of liquidation for assets.  While all properties listed through Strategic Asset Solutions are profiled on our website, only those designated for auction will appear on the auction page.  Each asset will have a floor price set by the client that will not appear on the page, but will be used by SAS to determine acceptable bids. This disposition method is only available to clients utilizing SAS Asset Management as an additional disposition tool and is not marketed as a primary stand-alone system.

Auction buyers are not required to pay costs in addition to commissions, resulting in a greater number of viable bids for our clients.  Additionally, auctions along with bulk sales allow you, the client, various strategies for REO sales within one company rather than the time and effort of reassignment to various vendors for alternative sales venues.
